Blake Sanders

Blake joined East West Partners in 2020 as a Real Estate Development Intern with a focus on project management.  He joined East West Partners upon graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2021. Blake began as an assistant project manager for the Bandwidth Campus and the Midtown Biocenter facility. Following completion of those projects, Blake was promoted to project manager in late 2023. Since assuming this role, Blake has led the development of The Ballast on Salem. This $82M class A project consists of 300 luxury apartment units along with 2,500 SF of retail and was timely delivered in late 2024.

Blake is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of development and construction in the Triangle— from initial planning and budgeting to execution and delivery — ensuring that every detail aligns with client goals, timelines, and financial targets. Blake is known for his optimistic approach and excellent attention to detail on all responsibilities. He enjoys visiting the job site to interact with clients and frequently leads with a hands-on approach.

Blake is a certified NC Realtor and is a member of several young professional CRE groups in the Triangle. He enjoys playing golf, hunting, and hanging out with friends in his free time.​
