Audra Brown

Controller

Audra assumed the role of Controller in 2025, bringing with her a deep understanding of property management and financial operations to East West Partners.  Her tenure with the company commenced in 2023 as an Assistant Commercial Manager, progressing to Commercial Manager in 2024.  Prior to joining East West Partners, Audra spent four years as a portfolio HOA manager, overseeing a diverse range of properties including privately owned commercial spaces, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family residences.

When she’s not crunching numbers, Audra loves kicking back with country music and showing off her dance moves. You might also find her sinking some shots at the pool table or getting her adrenaline fix whitewater rafting. She shares her Raleigh home with Bocephus, an adventurous 14-year-old beagle.
