Mark Massi

Director of Property Operations

Mark has over 25 years of experience in property management, with a focus on multi-family residential properties. He has worked with large Real Estate Investment Trusts such as Morguard, MAA, and Bell Partners, as well as smaller firms including Lat Purser and Associates.

He joined East West Partners Club Management in summer 2022 as Assistant Property Manager overseeing multiple assets, including East 54, Murray Hill Condominiums, Mangum Flats Condominiums, and The Station at East 54. He was soon promoted to Property Manager for those same properties. In January 2024, Mark became Director of Property Operations for East West Partners Management Company, where he continues to oversee multiple assets. He is committed to delivering excellent service across all the properties in his care.

Originally from a small town on Lake Erie in Northeast Ohio, Mark grew up playing softball and has been an avid bowler since the age of eight. He graduated from St. John High School in Ashtabula, Ohio, and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a focus on studio recording and live production. Before entering property management, he worked as a sound engineer, lighting designer, light director, and stage manager. He worked with regional bands in Pittsburgh and spent several years at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, where he was part of the top-rated show Hollywood Live On Ice and helped launch its successor, World Rhythms On Ice.

While living in Tampa, Mark met his wife, Staci. They married in 2001 and have two adult children. The family moved to the Brier Creek area of Raleigh in 2014 and still live there today.

Outside of work, Mark is a dedicated hockey fan, enjoys golfing, and loves all kinds of music.
