Blake Sanders

Blake joined East West Partners in 2020 as a Real Estate Development Intern with a focus on project management.  He joined East West Partners as a full time Development Analyst upon graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2021.

Blake provides support on all active and potential East West projects by facilitating communication between project team members, updating investors, tracking progress and budgets as well as working closely with the Development Director.

While at UNC, Blake studied Business Administration: AOE in Real Estate and spent a summer at the London School of Economics. He was a Special Olympics and Sports Administrative Club member, a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity as well as a Triple A Scholarship recipient.

Prior to joining East West Partners, Blake worked at his family business, Cardinal Self-Storage as an Operations Associate and Accountant Intern. He Also spent a summer as an intern at Sport Media Technology in Durham, NC.

Blake is a member of the Urban Land Institute, is a licensed real estate broker and lives in Cary, North Carolina.
