Dennis E. Rochelle III

Partner, Vice President, Chief Financial and Operating Officer

Dennis’ expertise in real estate financing helps East West Partners obtain development funding through equity investors and financial institution loans. Working with the development team, Dennis provides analytical measurements and strategic financial advice for projects while also working with legal counsel to negotiate deal structures and partner agreements. He is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company and monitoring the overall financial health of East West Partners as well as day to day operations.

Dennis received a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Appalachian State University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989. He is an active member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and continues his education in real estate finance and taxation by participating in the association’s extensive training programs as well as the Urban Land Institute’s real estate investing and financing seminars. He joined East West Partners in 1990 after being introduced to the real estate financial sector as a Financial Auditor at Ernst & Young in Charlotte, NC.

Dennis has volunteered in many capacities within the community including driving for Meals on Wheels, and various committees at St. Thomas More School in Chapel Hill.

Dennis, a native of Charlotte, NC lives in Durham with his wife, Mary Jo and has two grown children.
