Ben Perry
Co-President
Ben oversees all aspects of project and corporate finance for East West Partners, from underwriting and structuring the capital stack to managing cash flow through project completion and stabilization. He also leads asset management, disposition strategy, and investor relations for East West Partners’ developments and co-manages East West Ethos, the firm’s multifamily acquisitions platform. Since joining the company in 2007, Ben has managed more than $1 billion in capital transactions.
Ben graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003 with degrees in Economics and Romance Languages. Prior to East West Partners, he served as a senior analyst with Gemini Real Estate Advisors in New York and Charlotte, where he managed over $300 million in retail and hospitality acquisitions and syndications.
Ben has been deeply involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Durham and Orange Counties for nearly two decades. As president of the Orange County unit, he helped open the first club in Chapel Hill and played a key role in the successful merger of the Durham and Orange County chapters—an effort that led to a stronger, more sustainable organization now serving hundreds of children across both communities. He has also served on several civic and advisory boards in Chapel Hill and Durham.
Ben lives in Durham with his wife, Ashley, and their three children: Louisa, Clark, and Lyle.
