After earning his Liberal Arts and Sciences degree from Pennsylvania State University, where he studied Accounting, Finance, and Business Law, Jason embarked on a dynamic career path. His time at Wells Fargo saw him thrive in multiple roles, from underwriting to managing complex bankruptcy loan portfolios. As a Learning and Development Consultant, Jason trained over 500 employees annually, combining his knack for public speaking with a passion for teaching.
Transitioning into property management as the Leasing Director at The Exchange at Brier Creek, Jason became a pivotal figure in enhancing resident experiences and successfully driving occupancy goals. His strategic approach to marketing, coupled with his warm interpersonal skills, made him a trusted resource in the community. Simultaneously, as a Key Holder Manager at The Body Shop (British version of Bath and Body Works),
Jason balanced retail leadership with creative marketing strategies, always championing customer satisfaction and team growth. Jason’s skill set extends beyond the workplace. Fluent in Spanish and certified in Fair Housing practices, he is a natural communicator who values inclusivity and equity.
