Jeff is a co-partner responsible for acquiring existing multifamily investment opportunities. He has extensive experience in managing, acquiring, financing, rehabilitating, brokering, and selling over 5,000 multifamily units. These projects have included market-rate, low-income, and distressed properties.

Previously, Jeff led a 15-member team that became one of the top three condominium conversion companies in Washington State. His performance earned recognition as a top preferred sponsor by Merrill Lynch Capital (later acquired by GE Capital) for delivering strong returns on completed investments.

Jeff’s joint ventures with CityView achieved the highest nationwide return on investment for all CityView projects in their year of completion. He has closed transactions on more than 5,000 multifamily units across Washington State and Arizona.

He attended Washington State University and now lives in North Carolina with his wife and family.
