East West Partners has partnered with Ethos Property Group to launch a new division focused on building an income-producing multifamily portfolio. This effort will draw on both companies’ broad experience in residential real estate, with a strategy centered on value-add multifamily acquisitions, renovations and repositioning in growth markets across the southeast.

The company’s strategy is to acquire properties with potential for increased cash flow and appreciation over medium to long-term hold periods while improving the tenant experience and improving the quality of housing stock in target markets.

Ethos Property Group is led by Jeffrey Wysong, who recently relocated from the Seattle region with his family, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, property investment, multifamily transactions, and value-add development. During his career, he has completed transactions involving more than 5,000 units and over 100 properties, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, brokerage, and the rehabilitation and conversion of conventional, institutional, governmental, and distressed assets.  Some of his most notable projects include the Oxford Apartments and Adams Apartments in downtown Seattle.
